Week 18

Well what a fast week! 

This week was super good and super fun! First on Pday we went to another Korean spa and went bowling! It was super relaxing and really fun! We also had 짬뽕 again,. That is the squid and mussel spicy soup. I got it down again and is wasn't as terrible this time! 

Tuesday me and Elder Ryu and Elder Lee were together. We did service and proselyted a bunch.It was super fun with two Koreans and I spoke and listened a lot which was good practice! I also got a package!!!!! I was so happy and it made my day! Super super awesome!

Wednesday me and Elder Ryu went out and worked really hard to find some investigators! We worked super hard and it paid off! We met three solid people and we met with two of them later in the week! It was a super fun, long day!

On Thursday we didn't do much! We went out and met some people and got some numbers, but we just walked around talking to people. It was really fun and Elder Ryu and I taught each other useful or funny words in Korean and English! We had a fun, very cold night!

Friday was a awesome day! we met with those two people we met earlier and they are super good! I am teaching them English and then after we teach them the gospel. They are super friendly and would fit right in with the youth of our ward (they are 16). It is really fun to teach English and they told me that they learned more from me than they do in school! That made me feel really good. And they really likes the idea of God and prayer. 

When we taught about this and I bore testimony it made me think as well. I am so grateful to know that God is our Father. He is our father and loves us just like our fathers on earth love us. And that truth that we can talk to Him whenever we want is amazing! I am so grateful to know that and know that if we get down on our knees and talk to God, He WILL listen. I know that.

A lot of you may know but I am really really struggling. super hard and I feel super terrible. But through prayer I feel comfort. as I pray I feel and know that God is listening to me! 

Saturday was a ok day! We taught English class and it was really fun! We also met with two investigators, but we realized they have some problems and are not really sure how to help them. We have been talking about them and praying and we hope we can help them progress. But then I went on exchanges with the other elders in our house. We walked around a bit and talked with people and it was fun. We are all new missionaries so it was fun to get to know each other! 

Sunday was Stake Conference and I got to see a lot of missionaries! It was fun and a good time. 

Today we are playing volleyball with a bunch of elders. I am super excited! They have all been talking crap and saying that they are good at volleyball. They say they are going to block me and kill me and I am just excited to kill them all! 

Haha but I don't want to end on a death note so I want to bear my testimony!

This week I realized how much Jesus Christ loves us. He is with us every step of life, whether we want Him, realize, or need Him. He is always there. I have been looking to Him and relying on Him to overcome my trials and struggles. He loves me, you and everyone on the planet! I know that. I know he died for us. I know he loves us, and because of that I am on a mission.
