Week 74

Well. Another week has gone and past. There really isn't anything to share. I can not think of anything interesting we did this week. One of the sisters in our district is getting emergency transferred so that is very sad and now we will only have a 4 man district! and no sister are serving in our ward anymore... 

This week we had 2 investigators attend Stake conference. Elder Gay from the 70 came and spoke and it was powerful! One of our investigators wasn't supposed to come, but after wards our ward mission leader ran up to us and said "your investigator came!!!! I saw him go that way!" Both of them had a really good time and the topic was super super good! Our President gave a powerful talk on following the gospel path and on the plan of salvation. There were great testimonies of recent converts and less active members! It was a really really really great meeting! Then Elder Gay gave a great talk on our baptismal covenants. He is the area president and our goal this year is to all be better missionaries and make sure church isn't a place we go to visit, or to meet, it is a place to renew our covenants. He bore a powerful witness and testimony of Christ. My favorite part of his talk was how simple he said it all. He said "this is real." he really made the gospel seem real, and seem like it really really really was important and mattered. He talked about how we will all meet Christ again, and we will struggle for words. He said "That will be real." "It is all true. it is all real." 

This week we had very spiritual lessons and we really really tried to get some baptismal dates. Though we didn't get any dates, I know we tried and I feel good. It put in perspective that sometimes we don't get a result or success we want, but if we put in the effort, we will be comfortable before God.
