Well this week was pretty good. First things first I am transferring to 평택 Pyeongtaek and I will be with a new companion named Elder Maio. Excited to start this adventure. There is a military base down
there so I will have a Korean and English branch!
So this week went by fast. Pday we got to play tennis!!! It
was a lot of fun and I played with Elder Nilson. He has been playing 15 years
and I beat him!!!! whoooooo hahaha
Tuesday we had a proselyting activity. Me and Elder Barnes
were together and we went hard and had a lot of fun! We served together in my
last area and we went on splits a lot! I recently have been kinda loosing
my touch but with him it was like an old me was back!!! It was so awesome!!!! Then as a zone we went to one of my favorite restaurants! 두끼!!!!! Its soooo good!!!
Then Wednesday was a sister in our districts last district
meeting so we bought her a cake and celebrated!
Thursday I was on exchanges with our zone leader and we had
some fun we worked really hard and met a lot of people!!!!
Friday we had a special drill that we all grabbed our
emergency kits and went to the mission home. We went over safety and escape and
emergency plans if war breaks out!
Saturday, we had a lunch appointment with my favorite
members!! An RM from Colorado who attends BYU Hawaii and her mom!!! They are
awesome and I will miss them a lot! Then we had a dinner appointment with
another member to say goodbye... he is also really nice..
My last Sunday was emotional, but no tears. And not nearly
as sad as my last area... maybe its because I was here for half as long, but I
really think my first area will always hold a special place in my heart.
Well it was a normal week and I really didn't do much.
One thing that was cool was I got to give my farewell talk
and I had to share a testimony.... I wasn't sure what to share. Then about 10
minutes before the meeting started I thought of my favorite scripture and
shared John 11:35. Jesus wept.
So many people were appreciative and said they really needed
to hear that. My time here in Incheon was really hard and I went through a lot
and I definitely relied on Christ because he is always with us! He knows us
perfectly. He is happy when we are happy, sad when we are sad, and cries when
we cry. So always turn to him and rely on him!!!!
